This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth).

Records are kept for the period required by law and NDIS standards, and securely destroyed or de-identified when no longer needed.

We only disclose personal information where it is reasonably necessary to deliver services, where you have given consent, or where required or authorised by law. This may include sharing information with treating practitioners, plan managers, support coordinators, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, government bodies, insurers and, in emergencies, hospitals or first responders. We do not sell your personal information.
